Project: Socio-Economic Diagnosis on the South Slope of Odivelas

The presentation of results of the Socio-Economic Diagnosis Study on the South Slope and the presentation of preliminary results of the Creative Woman Entrepreneurship Programme was held on May 29, at the Exhibition Centre of Odivelas. The meeting could count on the presence of the Alderman of Economic Activities, Mário Máximo, who stressed the importance of this investigation, stating that "it is a remarkable document; it shows that there is a great socio-economic versatility in the South Slope context." He also said that for the Creative Woman Programme, we know "that there are many difficulties and unfortunately this falls upon women first."

The presentation of the results of the Socio-Economic Diagnosis Study held at the South Slope Neighbourhoods was presented by Sérgio Barroso, from the Centro de Estudos e Desenvolvimento Regional e Urbano.
